Resource Centre, Maine, USA – Competition

In developing proposals for the HHRC Education Resource Centre at the University of Maine in Augusta, USA, importance has been placed on developing a solution which gives careful thought to the diversity of users and their needs and how these needs translate to appropriate built form. Accommodation is arranged around a clear "architectural promenade" linking the public spaces and connecting to the lower level education spaces and the existing Library.
