Dundarroch Gardens, in Broughty Ferry, is a typical late 1960's suburban development, comprising six individually designed bungalows. The existing property, was designed as two wings linked by a small entrance hall. The proposal develops a greater physical and visual link between the internal and external spaces while extending the full length of the south-facing garden side to create much needed additional accommodation.
